Hallå allesammans!
Jag har letat efter noter för klassiskgitarr överallt men hittar aldrig nått. Är det någon som känner till någon bra sida på webben där det finns?

Såvitt jag vet har Eythorssons "Iceland Guitar School" inga problem med upphovsrätterna. Där finns rätt mycket, bl.a. Bach och Barrios. Det råder delade meningar om hans fingersättningar, men i allmänhet fungerar det skapligt tycker jag. http://www.eythorsson.com/. Det finns högvis med andra sajter också förstås. Se även "links" på Eythorssons web.

Jag har 7 st andra sidor fulla med noter men dom är tydligen piratkopierade, efter jag fick veta det så har jag börjat köpa notböcker istället, det känns inte rätt att använda piratkopierat material.

Jo det ligger något i det. Fast det är svårt att få tag i notböker också. Har visserligen köpt ett par på www.tradera.com men det är ändå svårt att få tag på.

Är det korrekt och lagligt bara för att det finns tillgängligt. Förut var classicalguitar.nl en ren nedladdningssite. Att det blev ett forum var för att han fick lagliga trubbel.. saxar nedan in det uttalande han gav när det blev ett forum.

Jag tycker dock att han är litye fräck som ber folk att fråga varandra för att dela med sig, då det helt uppenbart strider mot upphovsrätt och kopieringsskydd. Att uppmana folk att begå ett brott (som någon faktiskt tar skada av) är dumt. Jag tycker dock att classicalguitar.nl har många intressanta diskussioner.

Moraliskt (och lagligt) sett så är detta solklart; upphovsrätt är upphovsrätt. Det ligger mycket jobb bakom det som kompositören visar upp med några enkla tecken på ett vanligt pappersark. Självklart ska han/hon ha betalt för detta (hur mycket förlaget tjänar och hur mycket kompositören tjänar när det gäller tryckt musik vet jag inte, men min gissning är att huvuddelen inte går till kompositören dock). Detta tror jag att de flesta musiker håller med om eftersom många själva vet hur mycket jobb det ligger bakom ett stycke. Jag känner dock inte en enda musiker som inte använder sig av piratkopierade noter! Kopieringsmaskinerna går varma på musikhögskolorna och folkhögskolorna. Jag tror inte att en enda av medlemmarna på detta forum inte har en eller flera pärmar med noter som är kopierade eller nedladdade!?! Det är absolut ingen skillnad på nedladdning från nätet och att kopiera ett papper med en kopieringsmaskin.
Man kan tycka vad man vill om det diskussionsforum som har refererats till i denna tråd, men det finns där oavsett vad man tycker!
